Useful details for a bug report: the test page, your browser and operating system, your device model, and what you did versus what you expected. For a wrong number, tell us which figure looks wrong and what you measured it against — a vendor utility or a known-good reference is ideal.

We cannot diagnose a specific faulty device or tell you whether to buy a particular mouse. The tests tell you what the browser received; what to do about it is usually a warranty question for the manufacturer.
